International Management Trainees

Jotun is growing rapidly worldwide and as part of our global initiative, we are seeking
ambitious and high potential talents to join our International Management Trainee programme in Malaysia.

During this 18 months training programme, you will experience 2 international assignments for a duration of 6 months respectively to gain knowledge and exposure from a wide variety of cultures and nationalities. Upon the successful
completion of the program, you will progress into a permanent position in Malaysia.

Positions available :
1. Regional Marketing
• Responsible for marketing and brand
management of decorative paints across
South East Asia

2. Regional Supply Chain
• Responsible for developing strategies
and sourcing plans for South East Asia
and creating systems to support regional
purchasing process

3. Regional Human Resources
• Responsible for HR projects/activities and
assist in the implementation of HRMS in
South East Asia

We are looking for :
• Dynamic, energetic and resourceful
talents with a drive to succeed
• Fresh graduates from a recognised
university. Applicants with less than
3 years working experience are also
encouraged to apply
• Excellent academic track record,
preferably with Master Degree in
relevant field
