Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews & prepares the Group and Companies financial reports and other financial information on a timely basis to assist management to control operations of the Group and Companies, make decisions and plans. Analyzes and highlights exceptions for management attention.

• Reviews and prepare Statutory Accounts and schedules to meet statutory and tax requirements for companies in Group.

• Reviews the payments and ensure the accuracy on cheques issued.

• Review and updates Finance’s policies and procedures.

• Manages the staffs in Financial Accounting Unit.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or other professional qualification and a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants

• 5 years experience in accounting and management reporting including 3 years’ supervisory experience

• Working knowledge in using a computerized accounting and business front end systems

• Experience in Group accounts and knowledge in consolidation

• Able to write Management Reports and official letters in English & Bahasa Malaysia

• Writing policies and procedures

• Working knowledge of using spreadsheets and other office applications

• Project Management skill
